1 – Identification
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) are offered by the company Encantos Índigo (hereinafter “the Company”), a simplified joint-stock company, registered in Portugal under tax number 517 248 930, whose registered office is located at rua do Couto nº35 – 4740-142 Apúlia, represented by Didier Lopes, duly authorized.
Its email address is contact@stree-wave.shop and its EU VAT number is 517 248 930.
The Company owns and publishes the website https://street-wave.com/ (hereinafter “the Site”). The Site is hosted by Hostinger, located at Švitrigailos str. 34 Vilnius 03230 Lithuania, reachable at +37064503378.
The publication director is Mr. Didier Lopes.
The Site offers the Client (hereinafter “the Client”), whether a consumer or a professional, the possibility to purchase fashion products.
Before using the Site, the Client must ensure they have the necessary technical and IT resources to use the Site, to order and attend the training courses, and that their browser allows secure access to the Site. The Client must also ensure that their IT configuration is in good working order and free of viruses.
All information regarding the content of the products, their technical characteristics, their sizes… are detailed on the Site. The Client acknowledges having reviewed this before placing an order and confirms the purchase.
2 – Application and Enforceability of the GTC
These GTC define all the conditions under which the Company sells the Trainings offered for sale. They therefore apply to any purchase order placed on the Site by the Client.
The Client declares having read and accepted these GTC before placing an Order.
The validation of the Order implies acceptance of these GTC. These terms are regularly updated; the applicable GTC are those in force on the Site at the time the Order is placed.
Any contrary condition set by the Client, unless expressly accepted, shall be unenforceable against the Company regardless of when it was brought to its attention.
The fact that the Company does not enforce any clause of these GTC at any given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to enforce that same clause later.
3 – Account Creation
Before placing an Order, the Client must register on the Site and create an account by completing the required fields.
All mandatory fields must be completed truthfully.
A consumer Client who is a natural person guarantees they are of legal age and capable of entering into a contract. If the Client is a professional, they guarantee compliance with the legal regulations governing their activity.
Once registration is complete, the Client may log into their account using the username and password provided. These credentials are confidential and must not be shared. If the Client becomes aware that these credentials have been stolen by a third party, they must change them immediately and inform the Company.
Each Client may only hold one account. It is prohibited to use a false identity or another person’s identity. If such a case is discovered, the Client’s account will be closed without notice or compensation, and legal action may be taken.
A professional Client must communicate the identities of any employees or managers who have access to an account and ensure that no unauthorized person uses it.
Each account may only be used by the individual to whom the credentials were issued.
The Client can access their order history through their customer space.
4 – Ordering Trainings on the Site
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible on the Site.
The Company reserves the right to modify the Site content at any time.
The Client selects the desired products and proceeds through the steps to the validation page, where they must accept the GTC before proceeding to pay a reservation deposit.
Upon acceptance of the GTC and validation of the Order with a deposit payment, a binding contract is concluded between the Company and the Client.
The Client will immediately receive a purchase confirmation and and will receive the products within the deadlines specified for each order.
5 – Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are listed on the Site in the product descriptions, in euros with VAT.
The total amount is shown in the Order summary before the Client accepts the GTC, confirms the Order, provides billing details, and pays the deposit.
Orders are payable in euros. Full payment must be made on the date of Order via credit card unless special terms are agreed upon by both the Client and the Company.
The Site uses Stripe for secure online payments. This ensures full confidentiality of the Client’s banking information. No payment data is stored by the Company.
The Client guarantees having the necessary authorization to use their chosen payment method.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order in case of non-payment, partial payment, payment incident, or fraud (or attempted fraud).
7 – Customer Service
For any request for information, clarification, or complaint, the Client must contact the Company’s Customer Service as a priority to allow them to attempt to find a solution.

8 – Legal Guarantees
8.1 – Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 24/96 of July 31)
This law establishes the fundamental rights of consumers in Portugal, including:
- The right to clear and complete information about products or services, including main features, total price, additional charges, payment methods, delivery conditions, and contract execution.
- The right to protection of economic interests, ensuring no misleading or aggressive commercial practices.
- The right to compensation for damages caused by defective products or services.
8.2. Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14 – Distance and Off-Premises Contracts
This law implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU and defines the rules for distance sales (such as online purchases):
- 14-day right of withdrawal without justification for online purchases.
- Mandatory pre-contractual information, including main product characteristics, trader identity, total price, payment and delivery terms, and conditions for withdrawal.
- Liability of the trader for lack of conformity or product/service defects.
8.3. Decree-Law No. 84/2021 of October 18 – Guarantees and Conformity
In effect since January 1, 2022, this law strengthens consumer rights in the sale of goods and digital content/services:
- Legal warranty extended to 3 years for physical goods.
- Trader liability for any non-conformity within 3 years of delivery.
- Consumer right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination if the product is non-compliant.
- Clear information obligation regarding commercial warranties (distinct from the legal guarantee).
8.4. Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of January 7 – E-commerce Regulation
This law sets the framework for online service providers:
- Clear identification of the trader, including name, address, contact info, and tax ID.
- GTCs must be accessible at all times in a clear and straightforward manner.
- Full transparency on pricing, taxes, and shipping costs.
8.5. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Applicable across the EU, GDPR imposes strict rules for data processing:
- Explicit user consent is required for collecting and processing personal data.
- Users have the right to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data.
- Transparent communication about data use, processing purposes, and user rights is mandatory.
8.6. Decree-Law No. 156/2005 of September 15 – Electronic Complaints Book
All businesses in Portugal must provide access to an Electronic Complaints Book, allowing consumers to file complaints online.

7. Directive 2013/11/EU and Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 – Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
These EU laws promote out-of-court consumer dispute resolution:
- Traders must inform consumers about the possibility of using alternative dispute resolution entities (ADR).

10 – Client Obligations
The Client agrees to comply with these GTC.
They commit to using the Site and Trainings according to the Company’s instructions and to respect intellectual property rights.
The Client agrees to use the Site only for personal purposes and agrees not to:
- Use the site in illegal ways;
- Sell, reproduce, lease, transfer or sublicense its content;
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Site’s IT system;
- Spread viruses or disrupt system performance;
- Mark transactional emails as spam;
- Infringe intellectual property rights;
- Share access credentials;
- Demean the Site, Trainings, or Company on social media or elsewhere.
